Terms and Conditions of the Metal Navigator Application
1. Operator and Contact Details
1.1. The operator of the Application (service provider) is Target Solutions Poland, NIP 9452005880, REGON: 529713176.
1.2. The Operator’s identification details are as follows:

1.3. The Operator may be contacted, including in matters relating to complaints and billing, at: office@targetpoland.com.
2. Definitions
2.1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.2. Application – the online service available at https://metal.targetpoland.com/, hereinafter also referred to as “Metal Navigator” or the “Application”.
2.3. User – an entrepreneur or a person acting on behalf of an entrepreneur who uses the Application.
2.4. Supplier – a company presented in the Application Database (an entity operating in or associated with the metal industry).
2.5. Database – a compilation of information about Suppliers, including, in particular, profiles, technological processes, corporate contact details, certificates and, in selected cases, financial data.
2.6. Process Classification – the Operator’s proprietary classification covering 50 categories of technological processes, such as laser cutting, used for filtering and selecting Suppliers.
2.7. Account – the User’s account in the Application, where the use of specific functions requires an account.
2.8. Plan – the subscription tier selected by the User: Basic, Pro or Business.
2.9. Billing Interval – the subscription period selected by the User: monthly or yearly.
2.10. Search or Search Credit – an option enabling the User to screen the Database and obtain information about the number of companies meeting the criteria selected in the filters. One Search Credit is used when the User clicks “Generate list”.
2.11. Unlock or Unlock Credit – an option enabling the unlocking of a Supplier’s contact details for a selected set of filters; it is also a necessary condition for exporting company data to Excel/CSV. One Unlock Credit is used when the User clicks “Unlock” for a selected company.
3. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and B2B Nature
3.1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for the provision of services by electronic means.
3.2. The Application is B2B in nature and is intended primarily for Users acting in connection with their professional or business activities.
3.3. Use of the Application and, in the case of paid features, the purchase of a Plan for the selected Billing Interval constitute acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
3.4. The Terms and Conditions apply from 10 July 2026 until revoked.
4. Scope of Services and Supplier Data
4.1. The Application serves as a “navigator” for the metal industry in Poland and enables Users to search for, select and filter Suppliers according to the Process Classification and other criteria presented in the Application.
4.2. The Database is intended to facilitate the creation of a shortlist of potential cooperation partners.
4.3. To verify interest in cooperation and the current availability of production capacity, the User contacts selected Suppliers directly.
4.4. The Application does not intermediate transactions and is not a party to agreements concluded between the User and a potential Supplier. All commercial arrangements, including those concerning prices, deadlines, quality, liability, warranties and the potential Supplier’s interest in cooperation, are made directly between the User and the Supplier.
5. Sources of Data, Methodology and Limitations of Data Quality
5.1. Information on Suppliers’ technological processes in the Database is assigned based on the verification of information published by Suppliers, in particular on their websites, and mapped to the Operator’s Process Classification.
5.2. Information on Suppliers’ certificates is determined analogously, based on publicly available data concerning the Supplier, in particular content published on company websites.
5.3. Due to the nature of the industry and the changing nature of the information, the Operator does not guarantee 100% accuracy of the data in the Database. The Operator strives to maintain high data quality and assumes approximately 85–90% accuracy in the assignment of technological processes and certificates.
5.4. The User undertakes to independently verify key information before making a business decision, including information concerning technologies, deadlines, certificates held, production capacity, quality requirements, the Supplier’s legal status and its representation.
6. Financial Data from the KRS
6.1. The Database may include selected financial data, for example turnover or profit/loss, only in relation to those Suppliers that are required to publish financial statements and have fulfilled that obligation. The source of such information is publicly available documents in the National Court Register (KRS).
6.2. For forms of business activity that do not publish financial statements in the KRS, for example sole proprietorships (JDG), the Database does not contain financial data.
7. Data Corrections and Supplier Contact
7.1. A potential Supplier, using the official email address indicated on its website, may submit a request for the correction of the Supplier’s data in the Database or for its deletion by contacting office@targetpoland.com.
7.2. The request should include identification of the Supplier and an indication of the data to be corrected.
7.3. The Operator reviews requests within a reasonable time, taking into account the availability of sources necessary for verification.
8. Sponsored Results
8.1. If paid listings or sponsored results appear in the Application, they will be clearly marked as “Sponsored” or “Advertisement”.
9. Account, Registration and Trial Access
9.1. The Application offers three paid subscription Plans: Basic / Pro / Business.
9.2. A User without an active subscription may use trial access.
9.3. As part of trial access, the User may use 3 Search Credits and 6 Unlock Credits.
9.4. Trial access enables screening of the Database, including filtering by certificates, and unlocking selected Supplier data; however, export to Excel/CSV is not available.
9.5. The User is responsible for the security of login credentials and for actions taken within the Account.
10. Subscription Period, Billing Intervals and Scope of Plans
10.1. Subscriptions are available in two Billing Intervals: monthly and yearly.
10.2. A monthly subscription is paid in advance for a period of one month.
10.3. A yearly subscription is paid in advance for a period of 12 months.
10.4. The monthly limits of Search Credits and Unlock Credits, as well as the feature entitlements under a given Plan, remain the same regardless of whether the User selects monthly or yearly billing.
10.5. For both monthly and yearly subscriptions, Search Credits and Unlock Credits renew every month during the active subscription period as follows:
- a) Basic: 50 Search / 100 Unlock
- b) Pro: 200 Search / 250 Unlock
- c) Business: 500 Search / 500 Unlock
10.6. A detailed summary of the monthly limits and entitlements under the Plans is presented below:

10.7. Under the Basic Plan, filtering by certificates is not available.
10.8. Filtering by certificates is available under the Pro and Business Plans and as part of trial access.
10.9. Use of the Application by multiple users, with a maximum of three users simultaneously, is available only under the Business Plan.
10.10. The rules for charging and using Search Credits and Unlock Credits are as follows:
- a) One Search Credit is used after the User clicks “Generate list”.
- b) One Unlock Credit is used after the User clicks “Unlock” for a selected company.
- c) Unlocking the data of a selected Supplier is a necessary condition for export to Excel/CSV.
- d) Unused Search Credits and Unlock Credits do not carry over to the next monthly usage period under either monthly or yearly subscriptions.
- e) Under yearly subscriptions, Search Credits and Unlock Credits are still allocated and renewed every month; they do not form a single annual pool and do not accumulate.
11. Prices, Payments and Invoicing
11.1. Plan prices and available Billing Intervals are indicated in the Application at: https://metal.targetpoland.com/.
11.2. Payment is made in advance for the selected Billing Interval, i.e. for one month or 12 months, unless the Parties agree otherwise.
11.3. Available payment methods: bank transfer / card.
11.4. The Operator issues invoices, including VAT invoices where applicable, based on the data provided by the User.
11.5. The Operator’s VAT status: active VAT taxpayer.
11.6. The subscription renews automatically for another monthly or yearly Billing Interval corresponding to the selected Plan unless it is cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
12. Availability Target (SLA)
12.1. The Operator makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Application is available on a monthly basis at a level of no less than 95% per month (“Availability Target”).
12.2. The Availability Target does not include:
- a) planned maintenance works and deployments,
- b) failures on the part of external providers, including hosting, network or cloud service providers,
- c) force majeure events,
- d) security incidents requiring immediate protective action.
13. Support
13.1. Support is provided by email at: office@targetpoland.com.
14. Technical Requirements and Rules for Safe Use
14.1. Use of the Application requires a device with Internet access and an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
14.2. It is prohibited to provide unlawful content or to use the Application in a manner that infringes the law or the rights of third parties.
15. Prohibition of Scraping, Export and Building Competing Databases
15.1. Without the Operator’s prior written consent, the following activities are prohibited:
- a) automated collection of data from the Application through scraping, crawling or harvesting for the purpose of creating competing commercial databases,
- b) mass export of data for the purpose of creating competing commercial databases,
- c) use of data from the Application to create applications, services or commercial databases/catalogues competing with the Application,
- d) resale of access to the Application results or their further distribution.
15.2. The Operator may apply technical restrictions, including query limits, export limits and anti-bot mechanisms, and, in the event of a violation, may temporarily block access to the Application or the Account or pursue claims.
16. Intellectual Property Rights
16.1. The rights to the Application, the Process Classification, the arrangement and selection of data in the Database, and any reports and compilations created by the Operator belong to the Operator or its licensors.
16.2. The User receives a non-exclusive licence to use the Application solely for the internal needs of its business and for establishing contacts with potential Suppliers.
16.3. Publishing, redistributing or making content or the Database from the Application available to third parties outside the User’s own organisation is prohibited.
17. Liability
17.1. The Operator shall not be liable for:
- a) actions or omissions of Suppliers,
- b) non-performance or improper performance of agreements concluded by the User with a Supplier,
- c) business decisions made by the User based on data from the Application,
- d) the consequences of errors or outdated information in the Database to the extent that the User could and should have carried out its own verification, in particular with regard to technological processes, financial data and certificates.
17.2. Unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise, the Operator’s total financial liability towards the User arising from the use of the Application, including liability for non-performance or improper performance of services, is limited to the value of one purchased and paid subscription of the variant selected by the User.
17.3. The Operator shall not be liable for the User’s lost profits.
17.4. The limitations of liability do not apply to damage caused intentionally.
18. Complaints
18.1. Complaints concerning the operation of the Application or billing may be submitted to: office@targetpoland.com.
18.2. A complaint should include the User’s details, a description of the problem, the date and time of the event, where possible, and the requested manner of resolving the matter.
18.3. The Operator will respond to a complaint within a maximum of 14 business days from the date of its receipt.
19. Privacy Policy
19.1. Detailed rules concerning the processing of personal data and cookies are set out in the Privacy Policy available at: https://www.targetpoland.com/privacy-policy/.
20. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
20.1. The Operator may amend the Terms and Conditions for important reasons, in particular due to changes in the law, security considerations, the development of functionality or changes to the billing model.
21. Governing Law and Court
21.1. The Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
21.2. Disputes with Users who are entrepreneurs shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Operator’s registered office, i.e. Kraków, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.
